Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this Security and Privacy Policy explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your personally identifiable information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested. This Security and Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by this website.
The Information We Collect
On some pages, you can order products and services. The types of personally identifiable information collected at these pages are Name, Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information.
On some pages, you can submit information about other people. For example, if you order a gift online and want it sent directly to the recipient, you will need to submit the recipient's address. In this circumstance, the types of personal information collected are Name, Address, Phone number.

The Way We Use Information
Order Processing
We use the personally identifiable information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete and confirm delivery of that order. We use the personally identifiable information you provide about someone else when placing an order to ship the product and to confirm delivery. Out of respect for your privacy, unless otherwise provided herein, we do not use your personally identifiable information to contact you unless you register to become a VIP Club Member (see below). We do not store credit card information, even for VIP Club Members. Because of that, you must enter your credit card information for each order.
VIP Club Membership
If you choose to register to become a Belletaré VIP Club Member by signing-up for an account, we may use your name and email address periodically to send you promotions, special offers, newsletters, new product announcements and other items we think might be of interest to you. All emails to VIP Club Members include an option at the bottom of each email to unsubscribe to future emails which also cancels VIP Club Membership. You may also cancel membership or unsubscribe by contacting us by Mail, Phone or Email.
Cookies and Log Files
